This particular client had water damaged building materials due to a broken pipe. All affected building materials in this area needed to be removed due to the time period that the area was wet.

When the water sits for too long the building materials begin to lose their structure and grow mold. The walls were made with metal studs that help the migration of water move faster throughout the building. The metal studs also sit in channels that allow the water to pool which slows down evaporation.
