Roof Leak Damages Beautiful Ceiling

This customer had severe drywall damage from a roof leak. The roof had some lower points were the water collected and finally broke through. The fist picture shows the damaged ceiling. With the damage removed we were able to dry the rest of the ceiling through the openings.

The homeowners were very worried that we should have to replace the wood logs but they were dried and stayed. Had they waited we might have had to replace them due to mold. However, they were quick to call SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem and we took care of the problem.
