SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem cleans up home.

Storm and flood water are taken seriously in the Phoenix area. Our company has been is proud to have multiple Institute of Inspections Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC) courses under our belts.

This home had a lot of water come in after the recent rain storms. The water started wicking up the walls and ruined the baseboards of the home. After flooding, much of the building materials will need to be torn out and replaced.

The second picture shows the torn out areas and the floors cleaned and disinfected. Now the home is ready for the restoration.
