Flood Cleanup in Rio Vista, AZ

Home Office is Damage by Flooding.

A toilet overflowed from the bathroom in the hall. Enough water went through the area to merit a lot of flood cleaning. The business owner called SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem after hearing that we were a preferred vendor for their insurance company.

We removed the carpet and pad in order to remove most of the water but there was still a lot left to cleanup. The water had wicked up the drywall forcing us to create a flood cut throughout the damaged area.

When we were finished the left over drywall and framing were dried. The concrete floor takes the longest to dry since it carries a lot of water anyway. But we didn't want to see water evaporating slowly causing a bad odor in the office.
