Pipe Break in the Ceiling Causes Huge Mess!!

Attic damaged by pipe break in Phoenix home.

This customer had a pipe break in the attic and caused a large portion of the ceiling to collapse. The water continued to fill up the ceiling until it lost its structural integrity.

Once they called their insurance company they knew it was a covered loss. The insurance told them to calls SERVPRO because our office is on a vendor program with the company.

After calling SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem, they were able to get the mess cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The pipe was fixed and the ceiling and floor were dried and ready for restoration.
